It is with great sadness that we share that Hal Hiemstra, a long-time and devoted Board Member of the Luther I. Replogle Foundation, passed away unexpectedly on July 20, 2023. Hal took great delight in giving back to his community, and the Foundation was stronger for his presence. His kindness, generosity, and insight will be sorely missed.
