The Luther I. Replogle Foundation is in the midst of reviewing its Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) objectives and reviewing our success in meeting those objectives. We are collecting demographic data on our applicants and grantees as part of that review. This data is being collected from both grantees and applicants in the form of optional questions on application and renewal request forms. This information is stored on our password-protected database, Foundant, and applicant and grantee data are only accessible by Foundation staff and Directors. We do not share demographic data with anyone outside our organization. If an applicant or grantee ever wishes for their demographic data to be removed from the database, they should contact firstname.lastname@example.org
At the Luther I. Replogle Foundation we maintain information on applicants and grantees for the purpose of keeping accurate financial records and providing information about the Foundation and our grants. We use this information for communications and follow-up contacts with applicants and grantees, as well as reports and statements concerning our grants. This information is stored on our password-protected database, Foundant, and applicant and grantee data are only accessible by Foundation staff and Directors. We will never share contact information for our grantees or applicants with third parties except with the prior written consent of the grantee or applicant.
The photos and stories featured on the homepage of our website are optional submissions by grantees, and grantees are responsible for obtaining the consent of the subjects of the photos
