First-time Applicants

The Luther I. Replogle Foundation will next accept unsolicited requests from new organizations between Tuesday, January 3, 2023 and Wednesday, January 25 at 5pm Eastern Time.

The application process consists of two steps, the LOI (Letter of Inquiry) and the application. The LOI must be accepted before access to the application is granted.

Create an Account: Click on the link below labeled “LINK TO LOI/APPLICATION PORTAL.” This link will take you to a new page where you can set up an account with the Foundation. Click on “Create New Account,” submit all pertinent information, and choose a password.

On the “Application Status” page, please review your contact information and then click “Apply.” This link will take you to the Letter of Inquiry.

Complete a Letter of Inquiry (LOI): The purpose of the LOI is to provide the Board of Directors with summary information regarding your organization so that the Board can make a decision whether to offer your organization the opportunity to apply for a grant. If the Board decides to offer an opportunity to apply for a grant, we will send you an email with a link to the full application form. If the Board decides that your non-profit does not fit our criteria, you will receive a notification email.

Once your LOI is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email.

Apply for a Grant: If your request is moved to the application stage, you will receive an email with a link to the full application and further instructions. Once your application is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email.

To receive an email when we are next accepting unsolicited LOIs please complete the form below.
